We specialize in pipelines, gas and oil well locations, unit surveys, design and construction layouts, home construction, general contracting, topographical boundaries, subdivision design, cadastral/ boundary surveys, geodetic control surveys, digitizing, map reproduction and preparation, wetlands delineation, volumetric and stockpiling surveys.

Mr. Peter Goodridge
Trinidad and Tobago Land Surveyor
Peter Goodridge is a Trinidad and Tobago Land Surveyor (TTLS) and the Managing Director of Land Development Consultants and Management Services Ltd. Mr. Goodridge attained a B.Sc. in Land Surveying and a Diploma in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of the West Indies. He has provided surveying services on several projects such as the Mt. Hope Sub Station for T&TEC, Blenheim & Roxborough Housing Developments for the HDC and the Cove Eco-Industrial Business Park for the Tobago House of Assembly and is also a member of the Institute of Surveyors of T&T. With over 25 years of experience in the fields of Land Surveying and Development, Mr. Goodridge provides critical surveying experience to the Sky Control Team.
